With pencils it's really difficult to do those spots where hair (or anything thin, for that matter) crosses hair, as you have to break the strokes for the thin thing to be drawn clearly, as you do here. Still haven't figured out a way to do it... You should see if there's something you can do about it. Anyway, very nice job, indeed impressive for my standards. ("I wish I could do that" &so on, &so forth... )
